Here’s what you can expect once you’ve made the call:

  1. An ACT representative will record contact information and details of the problem, then within minutes dispatch our First Responders (teams of pre–qualified disaster recovery vendors located throughout the nation). At this point, ACT representatives will already have a majority of your property’s information logged into the Property Vendor Information Form.

  2. Upon arrival, the First Responders will assess the situation and scope of the work. ACT will then determine the most effective response in terms of staff, techniques and equipment.

  3. An ACT representative will meet with your property manager, maintenance personnel and First Responders to ensure a unified, comprehensive plan of action.

  4. The ACT coordinator then will maintain contact with you via
    e-mail or phone throughout the project, using the Property Emergency Response Information Form.

  5. Throughout the process, ACT will coordinate all insurance, vendor, restoration and reconstruction activities until your property is returned to pre-loss condition … or better.
