Creating the Pre-Event Plan

Development of your multi-layered Pre-Event Plan includes the following steps:
Gathering property information
We start by meeting with property management to gather detailed physical information on the property, location of water valves, etc.
Personnel identification
We identify key personnel on each shift – manager, maintenance staff, clerks and others.
Staff training
We educate and train your employees on precisely what immediate steps each is to take in the event of a disaster … before help arrives. (For example, knowing the location of water valves, how to shut them off and doing so immediately can go far in mitigating water damage.)

We then encourage regular, ongoing training to keep your staff prepared.

Creation of First Responders team
We identify any vendors you prefer in your area, such as carpet cleaners, painters, etc., and others we consider necessary to create a comprehensive First Responders team for your property. Training and planning then ensue to ensure adherence to our strict performance standards.

Immediate, appropriate response when disaster strikes is assured because we work with each First Responders team to develop a plan of action specifically for your property ... and for any type of disaster ... before disaster strikes.

Development of written plan

We create a written plan for your staff and First Responders team so that critical minutes aren’t wasted by indecision and lack of knowledge.
